Why have I not received my product?

We ask you to please check with the following before contacting with our customer service.

  • Check if you have received an email confirming the arrival of your package to your address.
  • Check with the tracking number that was sent to your email address post purchasing one of our products . go here and type the order id#.
  • Check if the package was mistakenly delivered to your neighbors.
  • Check If your order information is typed correctly.
  • Check if nobody has taken the package from your address.

After checking all of these possibilities and still could not find your product contact us immediately at our contact page.

What happens if my package is lost or damaged during transit?

In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order or a refund.

What should I do if I haven't received my order within the estimated delivery time?

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please track your package using the provided tracking number here. If you need further assistance, contact our customer support team, and we will investigate the issue for you.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

How do I initiate a return for a refund or exchange?

Please check our Refund policy before initiating a return:

You can either do it here or by following these steps.

  • STEP 1. Log in with the email that was used for purchasing one of our items and place the access code here.
  • STEP 2. You will see your past purchases; click return on the item you want to return.
  • STEP 3. Chose the reason for your return and add a note for the store.
  • STEP 4. Click Request return.

If your request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund. I if you want an exchange, you will have to reorder the item.

Is there a return shipping fee?

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges page for more details.

How long does it take to process a return?

Once we receive your returned item, please allow 7 business days for our team to inspect the item and process your refund. You will be notified via email once the process is complete.

How will I receive my refund?

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take a few days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.

What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will arrange for the return of the item and either send you a replacement or issue a refund, including any associated return shipping costs.

Can I return an item after opening the package?

The item must be unused, unwashed, with its blue ribbon attached, and in its original condition in the original packaging.

Does Saravik offer exchanges?

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

What if an item is out of stock?

If an item is out of stock, you can sign up for notifications on the product page or at the end of every page to be alerted when it becomes available again. Alternatively, our customer support team can provide assistance in finding a similar product or providing restock information.

Where do your products come from?

We do not share any information about our suppliers, but most of our products are manufactured in Europe.
