Santiago Saravia

"It started before I was even born. My parents spent their 20s traveling all around the world, chasing EXPERIENCES that would shape not just their lives, but eventually mine. Their journey led us to the U.S, setting the stage for my story. Over time, I developed a passion for clothing but struggled to find the style I truly wanted. That's when I realized that if I had the idea in my mind and couldn't find it anywhere, like every entrepreneur, I decided to create it. So, I started with the name, then the logo, then sketches, and so on. I knew that it had to have the best quality and materials possible, so after trying a lot of manufacturers, I found the one in Europe.

SARAVIK was starting to feel more like a brand; however, I knew that clothes wouldn't be enough to stand out from the thousands of clothing brands emerging every day. That's when everything changed for me and what made me shift SARAVIK to something different. I thought about it many times, looking for the WHY that I needed. And I came up with what we called EXPERIENCE. It all came down to one thing, and it was purpose. And what I loved more than clothing was living a purpose-driven life, waking up with thoughts of improving and working on the brand.

Why EXPERIENCES, though? Because I felt that the majority of people don't live to see their dreams come true, mainly because fear and self-doubt make them settle too early in life. These are the main enemies, and I struggle with this myself. But I thought, if I settle too early in life without actually having EXPERIENCED anything that would inspire, motivate me, or help me find my true purpose to choose confidently what I wanted to do for the rest of my life, I definitely would not live the life that I am meant to live.

Our time is really limited, and I am thankful I understood that at a young age. We are all meant for something, and I believe everyone has a unique purpose, and everyone is drawn to different things. I want our brand to remind people of their potential, dreams, and that their part matters. That is why SARAVIK is my gift to the world, hoping that I can inspire as many people as I can to pursue what they love and live the purpose-driven life that would help us advance as humanity.
