Thank you for shopping at SARAVIK. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below:

NOTE: Our refund policy is designed to give you full control. Each item comes with a ribbon that must remain uncut for any return to be accepted—cutting this ribbon is your decision. While our pieces may include a “cut for bracelet” feature, using it is entirely optional and not required. By choosing to cut the ribbon, you acknowledge that you are making the item non-returnable. We believe in your choices—just be sure before you make the cut.

  1. Returns:

    • We accept returns within 14 days of the arrival of the item.
    • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition in the original packaging.
    • The item must be returned with all of its tags, ribbon and packaging.
    • Once the blue ribbon is detached, returns will not be accepted.

  2. Exchanges:

    • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
  3. Return Shipping:

    • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item.
  4. Refunds:

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 30 days.
    • Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  5. Non-Refundable Items:

    • We do not accept returns or offer refunds on personalized/customized items, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
  6. Damaged or Defective Items:

    • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately with supporting evidence (e.g., photos) and order details.
    • We will provide instructions for returning the item or offer a suitable resolution, such as a replacement or refund.

Please note that this return and refund policy applies only to purchases made directly from the SARAVIK website. If you purchased our products from a third-party retailer, please refer to their respective return and refund policies.
